Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to reply to you, quote your project and set up your store. We never sell personal information, and we never ask for your Shopify password.
1. Who we are
SourceBridge Global LLC (“SourceBridge”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, with its office at 400 Gold Ave SW, Suite 516, Albuquerque, NM 87102, USA. You can reach us at support@sourcebridgeglobal.org or on WhatsApp at +91 89697 40235. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy, which explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.
This page is written in English. If it is translated, the English version controls.
2. What we collect
We collect information in a few clear situations.
Request and questionnaire answers: your name, email address, WhatsApp number if you give it, the country where your business is based, your store address if you have one, what you sell, your business name, your budget and timing, whether you would like to use escrow, how you heard about us, and the answers you give in the store questionnaire.
Contact-form messages: your name, email address and the message you send.
Emails and WhatsApp messages you exchange with us, including your phone number on WhatsApp.
Client project data: your logo, product list, photos, prices, shipping rules, policy texts and the other items on our checklist.
Payment records: invoice amounts and dates, bank transfer references, the wallet address and transaction hash for a USDT or USDC payment, and Escrow.com transaction records when you choose escrow.
Data we see inside your store while we work, which can include your customers’ names, addresses and orders. We handle that data only on your instructions and only to do the work you asked for.
Basic website data from our hosting provider, such as the pages requested and the approximate region of a visit, used to keep the site running securely.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your Shopify password, two-step verification codes, card numbers, bank logins or one-time codes.
3. Why we use it and the legal basis
To reply to your request and prepare a written quote: steps you ask us to take before a contract.
To deliver the store setup you ordered, communicate about the project and invoice you: performance of our contract with you.
To keep accounting, tax and payment records: our legal obligations.
To protect the business and our clients against fraud, impersonation and misuse, and to screen payments as US sanctions law requires: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
To send you a message about your own project or request. We do not send marketing newsletters.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.
4. Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers. Each one processes personal information only to provide its service to us.
Framer B.V.: hosting of this website and the forms on it.
Our email provider: the mailbox behind support@sourcebridgeglobal.org.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp): messages you send to our WhatsApp number.
Our bank: bank transfers you send and refunds we send.
Escrow.com (Escrow.com, Inc.): only when you choose to pay through escrow.
The wallet or exchange service we use to receive USDT and USDC payments.
Google LLC: Google Sheets, where form submissions are recorded for our own records, and Google Maps, which loads the map on our Contact page.
Shopify Inc.: when you approve our collaborator request, Shopify records that access in your store’s own systems under Shopify’s own privacy policy.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools on this website today. Our hosting provider gives us basic, aggregated visit statistics that do not identify individual visitors. If we ever add an analytics or marketing tool, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our team and service providers may process your information in the United States, India and other countries. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the safeguards available for that transfer, such as standard contractual clauses approved for the EU, UK or Switzerland, and on the protections described in this policy. You can ask us for more detail about the safeguards that apply to your information.
6. How long we keep it
Requests and questionnaires that do not become a project: 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
Client project records, invoices and payment records: for the length of the project and afterwards for as long as US tax and accounting law requires.
Emails and WhatsApp messages: for as long as they are useful for your project, then deleted on request.
Data inside your store: we stop using it when the project ends and our collaborator access is removed. We do not keep copies of your customers’ data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use any of these rights, use the form under Your choices below or email support@sourcebridgeglobal.org. We reply within 30 days, and usually within 2 business days. We never treat you differently for using a right.
Regional notes
European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland: the rights above apply under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Our legal bases are listed in section 3. You can complain to your local supervisory authority.
India: we follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 as its duties come into force, including your rights to access, correction, erasure and grievance redress. Our grievance contact is in section 12.
Nigeria: we follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the General Application and Implementation Directive 2025, including your rights to access, correction, deletion and objection, and your right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Pakistan: we apply the same rights to you as we do to everyone else, and we will follow any personal data protection law that comes into force there.
California and Montana: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Although our business is below the size thresholds of these laws today, we honor the rights to know, delete and correct for everyone.
8. Your choices
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that point. To ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted, send us the form below or email support@sourcebridgeglobal.org from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity through that email address before we act.
We reply within 30 days, usually within 2 business days.
9. Security
Our providers store data with encryption in transit and at rest, and our own accounts are protected with two-step verification. We reach client stores only through collaborator access that the store owner approves in their own Shopify admin, and that access is removed at the end of the project. We never ask for your Shopify password, and we never accept it if it is offered.
10. Children
This website and our services are for people running a business. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to run it. Details are in our Cookie Policy at sourcebridgeglobal.org/cookies.
12. Contact and grievance

13. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use the information of a current client, we tell that client by email first.
